Our internet store is a quick way to find and obtain information on any company
you are interested in; to get an analytical review on a commodity or financial market;
to order additional company investigation.
We provide information as standard business reports from the SPARK database (www.spark.interfax.ru), and we provide our clients with the
opportunity to obtain information on foreign companies from the D&B Global Base.
For our investigations we use the unique Interfax resources: EFiR (ссылка) and SCAN
(ссылка), inner information systems and file archives. Analytical reviews are prepared
by the Interfax Center of Economic Analysis, Interfax Corporate Information Agency,
other members of the Interfax Group and our partners.
Registration
To use our website fully it is necessary to register first. The registration requires
following data: Name, Surname, e-mail.
You will be able to change your registration details any time in your “Profile”
of My SPARK. We guarantee that none of your personal data will be forwarded to any
third parties.
After your registration has been successfully completed you may proceed to purchasing.
Payment
There are three ways of payment:
- account refill via bank transfer;
- payment via bank transfer;
- payment via Internet.
Account refill
To refill your balance, please, follow the steps below:
- Apply to our clients support service for an invoice
- Pay the invoice.
- Notify our clients support of the payment, by sending the appropriate document with a bank stamp by fax or e-mail.
- After receiving the payment confirmation, our customer service representative will refill your account.
Payment by bank transfer
To pay via a bank transfer, please, follow the steps below:
- Apply to our clients support service for an invoice indicating the number of your order.
- Pay the invoice.
- Notify our clients support of the payment, by sending the appropriate document with a bank stamp by fax or e-mail.
- After receiving the payment confirmation, our customer service representative will enter the sum as payment for the order stated.
Payment via Internet
You may pay online using the following bank cards:
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, as well as the following electronic payment systems: Yandex.Dengi, WebMoney, QIWI Purse.
After placing an order on our website you will be redirected to Chronopay server, which has all the necessary licenses and certificates for Internet payments fulfillment. Here you will have to enter some data required for the payment. The ChronoPay system secures payments by means of the SSL protocol, which is used to transfer personal data from the client to the payment system server for further processing. Further data transfer is fulfilled through closed highly secured banking networks. The acquired confidential data of a client, i.e. bank card details, client’s registration data, etc. is collected and processed by a processing centre. Thus no one but the authorized processing centre gets access to the customer’s personal data, his bank card details and any other information, including purchases in other stores. After that our online store will receive a successful payment notification. All calculations are in Russian rubles. For our users’ convenience all prices are stated in US dollars and Euro as well.
Refund
There are no refunds provided.
Analytical reviews that are now presented in our online store are mainly in English. If you have not found the review, you are interested in, among those presented, please, ask our managers for help.
Purchasing
Purchasing is available for registered users only.
To make a purchase, please, go to the “Basket” and click “Buy selected items”. Then choose a method of payment. If the payment is made by debiting your account, you will get an instant access to purchased items in “My Purchases” of My SPARK. If the payment is made via Internet, the purchased items become available after our online store has been notified of the successful transaction by Chronopay.
