To explore our website fully and to make a purchase in our on-line shop you should first register. Your first name, last name and e-mail are required for your registration. You can change your registration data any time in "Profile" of "My SPARK". We guarantee that your personal data will not be shared with third parties.

After your registration is successfully complete you are welcome to make purchases in our internet store.

Payment

There are two ways to pay for your purchase:

• account refill using bank transfer;
• payment via Internet.

Account refill

To refill your balance, follow the steps below:

1. Apply to our support service for the invoice.
2. Pay the invoice.

Your account will be refilled immediately after our support staff member is notified that the payment is made.

Payment via Internet

You can pay on-line using such bank cards as

Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, as well as through the following electronic payment systems: Yandex.Dengi, WebMoney.

After placing your order on our site you will be redirected to Chronopay server, which has all necessary licences and certificates for Internet payments. Please enter the data required for the payment procedure through Chronopay server. The ChronoPay system secures payments by means of SSL protocol to transfer confidential information from a customer to the payment system server for further processing. The information is transferred through highly secured banking networks. The acquired confidential data, e.g. bank card details, registration data, etc., is collected and processed in the processing centre. Thus, no one but the authorized processing centre has access to the customer’s personal data, including bank card details and other information about purchases in other shops. Our on-line shop will receive the notification of the successful payment transaction. All calculations are made in rubles. Prices are shown in US dollars and Euros for users’ convenience.

4. Choose report type. We can offer you reports of two types:

When downloading the purchased report you can select the language and the format. Reports can be made in the following languages:

Analytical reviews

To choose an analytical review, follow the steps below:

Our store can offer you analytical reviews only in English at the moment.

Purchase

Purchase is available for registered users only.

To make a purchase, enter the "Basket" and click "Buy selected items". Then choose method of payment. If the payment is made by debiting your account, you will gain instant access to the purchased items in "My purchases" of My SPARK. If the payment is made via Internet, the items will be available only after our store has been notified of the successful transaction by Chronopay.
